Foodbank Opening Times Updated due to Corona Virus Guidelines
Changes to our Foodbank Services
Anyone who is in food poverty and needs help can ask for a foodbank voucher from an agency that they are working with and bring it to one of our centres to exchange for a food parcel.
Please be aware that we do NOT do deliveries (it was only during Covid lock-down when people volunteered to help while not working).
The following foodbanks will be open weekly
St Hilda's of Whitby Grangetown 11am -12:30pm
Mersey Road Methodist Church Redcar 11am - 12:30pm
South Bank Baptist Church South Bank 10:30 am - 12:30pm
Park Avenue Redcar Baptist Church 11am - 12:30pm
Brotton - Methodist Church 1pm - 2:30pm
For safety reasons, our centres will be operating with a minimum number of volunteers and are only able to offer a basic service at this time. We would ask that only one person attend to collect a food parcel.
Please remember: You must not attend a foodbank if you have any symptoms of Coronavirus and are asked to respect Social Distancing guidelines at all times.

Where to Donate
Please be aware a lot of our donation points are currently unavailable due to the current crisis
Although some of our centres are opening we would politely request that you DO NOT drop off donations at our centres for the time being as we are operating with minimal staff.
You can still donate at Tesco, Morrison's, Sainsbury's Saltburn, Coop Marske and all the Sainsbury's locals. Also some libraries are now open and accept donations.
If you have any queries about donations please ring the office on 01642 484842 option 1.
